Annual General Meeting (AGM):
The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, the 21st August, 2009 at the Registered Office of the Company at E. I. House, 1, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi.

Financial Results of the Company:
For the Year 2008-2009
The audited financial results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2009 have been declared. The income from services has increased to Rs. 24.74 Crores from Rs.19.98 Crores in the previous year, which is 23.8 % higher than the corresponding previous year's figure. Profit after tax has increased to Rs.9.67 Crores from previous year of Rs.6.47 Crores in the Financial Year 2007-08.
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of 175 % on the paid up share capital of the Company in addition to 125% interim dividend already paid, thus making a total dividend of 300 % , for the Financial Year 2008-09.

For the First Half Year ended on 30 Sep 2009:
Financial results for the half year ended 30th september 2009 was presented in the 61st Board Meeting held on 22 Dec 2009. During the period the total income, PBT and PAT were Rs 11.68 Croress, Rs 5.80 Crores & Rs3.81 Crores respectively, as against corresponding previous years figures of Rs 11.55 Crores, Rs 5.47 Crores & Rs 3.51 Croresrespectively.
Interim Dividend if Rs 125/- per share of Rs 100/- face value was also declared in the meeting, for the financial year 2009-2010.

Right to Information Act:
Pursuant to enforcement of Right to Information Act, 2005 and it’s application to the Company, Shri Nitendra Dekate, Sr.Officer (HR&A) is appointed as Public Information Officer and Shri S.P. Mandal, Surveyor (III) as Assistance Public Information Officer. Shri M.V.K.Kumar, Chief Executive Officer has been appointed as Appellate Authority.
