The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company was  held on 26th July 2011 at the Registered Office of the Company at E. I. House, 1, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi. Final dividend of Rs 2.0 Crores finalised in addition to interim dividend of Rs 1.25 Crores.

For the year 2009-10:

Financial results for the year 2009-10  was presented in the 63rd Board Meeting held on 17 May 2010.

The income from services is Rs. 23.90 Crores compared to Rs.24.74  Crores in the previous year. Profit after tax is  Rs.8.93  Crores compared to previous year of  Rs.9.67  Crores.. 

For the year 2010-11:

Financial results for the year 2010-11  was presented in the 68th Board Meeting held on 18May 2011.

The income from services is Rs. 29.49 Crores compared to Rs.23.90  Crores in the previous year. Profit after tax is  Rs.10.22  Crores compared to previous year of  Rs.8.93  Crores.. 

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of 200 % on the paid up share capital of the Company in addition to 125% interim dividend already paid, thus making a total dividend  of 325 % , for the Financial Year 2010-11. 

Right to Information Act:

Pursuant to enforcement of Right to Information Act, 2005 and it�s application to the Company, Shri Nitendra Dekate, Sr.Officer (HR&A) is appointed as Public Information Officer and Shri S.P. Mandal, Surveyor (III) as Assistance Public Information Officer. Shri M.V.K.Kumar, Chief Executive Officer has been appointed as Appellate Authority.
